Capacity Enhancement

Introduction:

Entry into Service Cell of SFRC was established in 2008 intent to enhance the students with better career opportunity. The cell acts in term of need of the economically backward students. The cell proposes to conduct consecutive competitive exam classes to set forth a reliable platform for succeeding exams. 

Objective:

• To focus the specific recruitments of a particular competitive examination. 
• To develop an Employment Information Cell for providing information about various competitive examinations in the area of its operation. 
• To get gainful employment in Group 'A', 'B' or 'C' Central services, State services or equivalent positions in the private sectors.
• To orient for particular examination conducted for selection to services, such as the IAS, State Public Services, etc.

Process:

Initially, Under UGC XI & XII plan the cell generated funds and supplement the students with valuable Guest Lecture Sessions and Classes for Group ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’ and UPSC Exams. Later the departments of its own accord conducted Competitive Exam Classes for the students. Experts on the relevant fields were invited to coach the students. The cell extended its preparatory for UGC NET/SET & CSIR exams.

Footprints:

Beneficiary students have entered to the level of Personal Interview and appointed in Revenue Department.
