Outreach

OBJECTIVES: 

• To create awareness on basic financial concepts, set financial goals, and develop strategies to achieve those goals.  
• To educate the needy on the use of various financial skills, such as budgeting, saving, and investing and to make sound financial decisions. 
• To aid them in managing their finances more effectively. 
• To improve their overall financial well-being.

ACTIVITIES (2023 – 2024)

The Financial Literacy Club has made arrangements to view the Global Investors Meet organized by the Government of Tamilnadu on 8.01.2024 & 9.01. 2024. Totally 589 Students viewed the inaugural session and valedictory ceremony of Global Investors Meet 2024.

2.    An outreach programme conducted in Meenampatti village on 21.03.2024 by Financial Literacy Club on the topic “Personal financial Management” to the Meenampatti Village people. A Rally was arranged by the Volunteers creating awareness on different modes of savings. The Volunteers of the club executed a Drama to the village people explaining the different types of investment schemes and the benefits arising from them. Totally 40 village people benefitted.
