Objectives:

ACTIVITIES(2023-2024)

The "Crafts from Plastic Bottles" Competition was conducted for the VI standard students, Coronation School, Sivakasi. Date: 09.10.2023

Guest Lecture was arranged for our SSL volunteers
                 Topic : “Human Social Rights”
        Date: 02.01.2024
                Resource Person: Ms.Pooja Sri M.Sc., NET., 
    Head and Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, SFRC, Sivakasi.

Our SSL Volunteers prepared the VI standard subject notes on charts and handed them over to the Coronation School, Sivakasi. Date: 23.01.2024

ACTIVITIES (2016-2018)

Every Monday and Tuesday, the SSL Volunteers render their tuition
service to the students of Municipal AVT. High School, Sivakasi.

 
Literacy Day Celebration – 30.01.2017

• Beneficiaries: Government Higher Secondary School, Reserveline, Sivakasi West
• You tube videos related to Basic Mathematics were displayed
• Demonstration on "How to Speak in Simple English" was given
• School Students were made to converse for a minute in English.
• Scale, Pencil, Pen, Eraser, Sharpener, Notebooks, BallPoint Pen were donated.

Mrs.V.Vimalavathy, our alumnae trained 51 students of Municipal AVT. High School, Sivakasi to make a pair of bangles and studs using

Ms. R. Navathara, Craft Teacher, Thiruthangal along with 9 SSL Volunteers trained 50 Coronation Higher Secondary School Students to make a pair of bangles and studs using silk threads.

To improve the interpersonal relationship, many motivational games were conducted among the School Students of Coronation Hr. Sec.School, Sivakasi by our SSL Volunteers. Prizes were given to the winners.

Joined the students of Municipal AVT. High School, Sivakasi in their Independence Day celebration and provided lunch to them.
