Publishing Flash Movie

There are 10 file formats available in the Publish Settings dialog box:
             1. Flash Tab (SwF): This is the file format you typically include in an HTML document for the Web. The Web browser must have the Flash Player or Shockwave player installed to view these movies.
Note: Some behaviours in Flash will not work with older Flash players

              2. HTML Tab (.html): Flash creates an HTML document with the necessary code to embed the Flash movie and deliver it on the Web.

            3. GIF Tab (.gif): This format allow to save an animated or still gifs, and gives various optimization options.

            4. JPEG Tab (.jpg):The tab that appears has image dimension and quality options can set.

            5. PNG Tab (.png): The tab that appears has various optimization options. (PNG is a new file format with a lot of promise, but is not supported by all browsers yet.)

            6. Windows Projector (.exe): This is a stand-alone Flash movie for Windows. If we save the Flash movie in this format, it will play on Windows systems even without the Flash Player or Shockwave plug-in because it's embedded in the file. This will be a considerably larger file than a SwF file.

            7. Macintosh Projector (.hqx): Appends Projector after the name of the file. Same as Windows Projector but for Macintosh.

            8. QuickTime Tab (.mov): Creates a QuickTime stand-alone video. An option tab will appear with Quicktime settings.

            9. RealPlayer Tab (.smil): An option tab will appear with RealPlayer options.
Typically, we will want to save your working file (.fla) and publish in .swf                                        and .html formats
