Although the default orientation for text in Flash is horizontal and left to right, you can easily modify existing text boxes by using the Orientation menu options in the Paragraph section of the Properties panel.
        The default settings can also be modified in the Vertical text settings in the Text category of the Flash Preferences dialog box, as shown in below Figure.
